This includes but is not limited to the Uniform Consumer Credit Code, the Privacy Act and National Privacy Principles, the Federal Trade Practices Act, the ASIC / ACCC Debt Collection Guidelines, State-based Fair Trading Acts and other specific legislation that regulates the conduct of our business within Australia.
The development of a string culture of compliance and the maintenance of high ethical standards, including compliance with legal, regulatory and contractual requirements, is a fundamental element of our business model.

Code of Conduct
We have developed our own internal compliance policies and codes of conduct, incorporating the ACCC and ASIC Debt collection guideline: for collectors and creditors. Adherence to this code and our company's policies and procedures is mandatory for all of our staff and breaches of these codes and policies are treated extremely seriously.
Compliance Audits
Our compliance policies, code of conduct and collection operations are reviewed and audited from time to time by our internal compliance team, independent external consultants and our clients and business partners to ensure regulatory and contractual compliance.
